摘 要:实践实习是高职院校实践教学的重要环节,其成绩评价对高技能应用型人才培养起着重要作用。然而,目前对于实习成绩评价缺乏有效的评价模型和量化指标,不利于高职学生学习效果的矫正和综合能力的提升。文章基于校企协同实习成绩评价指标量化的这一目的,采用层次分析数学建模方法,对实习过程中的检测指标进行权重优化,并通过一致性检验,说明实习成绩评价指标设计科学、可靠。Practice internship is an important part of the practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,and its performance evaluation plays an important role in the cultivation of highly skilled and applied talents.However,there is still a lack of effective evaluation model and quantitative indicators for the performance appraisal,which is not conducive to the correction of learning effect and the improvement of comprehensive ability of higher vocational students.Based on the school-enterprise collaborative practice achievement evaluation index quantification,this article adopts the analytic hierarchy process mathematical modeling method,optimizes the weight of the test index in the process of practice,and shows that the design of the evaluation index of the practice result is scientific and reliable through the consistency test.
