基于组态王软件的双容水箱流量监控系统设计

摘　　要：文章采用组态王软件设计双容水箱流量监控系统,运用扩散硅液位变送器进行液位测量,电动调节阀为执行器,采用PI算法控制双容水箱流量。经过实验,可以实现在系统工作时的实时监控与速度曲线显示,当双容水箱受到阶跃扰动时,控制效果最优,上升时间为22 s,超调量为26.7%,达到较为良好的监控要求。Kingview software was used to design the flow monitoring system of the double tank.The diffused silicon level transmitter was used to measure the liquid level.The electric regulating valve was the actuator,and PI algorithm was used to control the flow of the double tank.Through experiments,real-time monitoring and velocity curve display can be realized when the system works.When the double tank is disturbed by step,the control effect is optimal,the rising time is 22 s,and the overshoot is 26.7%,which meets relatively good monitoring requirements.
