摘 要:为提高惯性导航设备的抗冲击能力,设计了一种八杆并联的抗冲击隔离器,能够大幅度降低来源于任意方向的冲击载荷。该结构具有隔冲杆组利用率高、隔冲效果好的特点。分析其横、纵向隔冲原理,得出该结构横、纵向刚度一致,其杆组与冲击方向的夹角范围更小,载荷分配更均匀;首先,通过螺旋理论计算整体结构的空间自由度,证得八连杆抗冲击隔离器结构合理;在此基础上,利用ADAMS仿真软件对比了六、八连杆结构的水平向抗冲击性能,得出八连杆抗冲击隔离器的隔离效果更显著;接下来,讨论了冲击载荷及阻尼参数对隔离器的影响,并计算了被隔离设备在垂向、横向冲击载荷下的加速度响应;最后对隔离器进行垂向及横向冲击试验,对比并分析响应结果,得出该隔离器的垂、横、纵向隔离效果满足抗冲击要求。To improve anti-impact ability of inertial navigation units, a shock isolator with 8 parallel links was designed to greatly reduce impact loads from any direction. It was shown that this device has characteristics of good isolation effect and high utilization rate of anti-impact link group. Its transverse and longitudinal isolation principles were analyzed, and the results showed that its transverse stiffness and longitudinal one are the same, the angle between link group and impact direction is smaller and load distribution is more uniform. Here, firstly, through calculating the whole structure’s space DOFs with the screw theory, the isolator’s structure was proved to be reasonable. Then the software of ADAMS was used to compare horizontal anti-impact performance of a shock isolator with six-link and that of the designed one, it was shown that the isolation effect of the latter is more significant. Furthermore, effects of impact load and damping parameters on the isolator were discussed, and acceleration responses of the isolated equipment under vertical and lateral impact loads were calculated. Finally, vertical and lateral impact tests were conducted on the designed isolator, and the test results were compared with those of numerical simulation. The results showed that the designed shock isolator’s isolation effects in vertical, lateral and longitudinal directions meet the anti-impact requirements.
