亲缘、地缘关系网络对产业集群生命周期的影响——基于辽宁省纺织业集群的案例研究

摘　　要：产业集群内带有浓郁地方人际关系色彩的亲缘、地缘关系是集群形成的必要条件,对集群生命周期各阶段产生不同的效应。亲缘、地缘关系网络对价值链分工型产业集群和竞争互补型产业集群生命周期各阶段产生不同的影响,深刻影响着辽宁省纺织业集群生命周期中的聚集、出现和发展三个阶段。调查发现,辽宁省纺织业集群形成、出现、发展阶段依靠经济体系以外的亲缘、地缘、政府、协会和媒体五种路径,浓厚的商贸文化培育纺织产业聚集,亲缘关系网络推动纺织产业集群形成,地缘关系网络壮大产业集群发展,区域特色提升产业集群创新发展。上述得出亲缘、地缘关系网络对产业集群生命周期的互动的结论影响,表现为亲缘、地缘关系对集群生命周期各阶段的贡献存在差异,与集群发展动力存在相关关系,与集群发展路径的存在相互依赖关系。The ties of consanguinity and geographical relationship are the necessary requirements for industrial cluster formation in which there are strong local and interpersonal relation colour.This affects the life cycle in different stages.The network of ties of consanguinity and geographical relationship influence the industrial cluster of division of labor in value chain and that of competition and complementation in different stages,which has a great effects on the assembly,appearance and development in the life cycle of textile industry cluster of Liaoning which depend on ties of consanguinity,geographical relationship,government,association and media.Rich commercial culture foster the assembly.Ties of consanguinity boost the formation.Geographical relationship expands the development.Local characteristics promote a new development.Thus a conclusion is drawn that ties of consanguinity and geographical relationship contribute differently to the life stages of industrial clusters.And they are related to the development motive and independent to development path.
