摘　　要：民办高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,受种种因素的影响,其辅导员队伍呈现年轻化、易流动的特点,科研基础薄弱,辅导员科研能力普遍不强。针对民办高校辅导员的现实特点,应该加强指导,实行分层次考核,使民办高校辅导员在从事科学研究的过程中提升工作水平,实现自我更好地发展。Private colleges and universities are an important part of higher education in China. Influenced by various factors, their counselors are young and mobile. Their research foundation is weak, and their research ability is generally weak. In view of the practical characteristics of counselors in private colleges and universities, we should strengthen guidance and carry out hierarchical assessment so that counselors in private colleges and universities can improve their work level and achieve better self-development in the process of scientific research.
