摘 要:目的 了解介入手术室护士心理资本、工作投入、职业压力现状,并分析三者之间的关系,为管理者实施干预措施提供理论依据。方法 采用中国护士工作源表(CNSS)、心理资本量表(PCQ-24)、工作投入量表(UWES)对黑龙江省6家三级综合医院152名介入手术室护士进行调查。结果 介入手术室护士职业压力总分为2.29±0.50,心理资本总分为3.51±0.60,工作投入总分为3.89±0.68,介入手术室护士心理资本与工作投入之间呈正相关(r=0.527,P<0.01);职业压力与工作投入之间呈负相关(r=-0.418,P<0.01);心理资本与职业压力呈负相关(r=-0.430,P<0.01),心理资本在介入手术室护士职业压力与工作投入之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的43.82%。结论 医院管理人员可以通过降低职业压力、提高心理资本水平,共同提高介入手术室护士工作投入水平,以提高护理服务质量,促进介入手术室护理队伍健康、稳定的发展。[Objective]To understand the status quo of the psychological capital,work engagement and occupational stress of the nurses in interventional operation room,analyze the relationship among the three,so as to provide theoretical basis for managers to implement the intervention measures.[Methods]A total of 152 nurses in interventional operation room from six tertiary hospitals in Heilongjiang Province were investigated using the Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale(CNSS),Psychological Capital(PCQ-24) and Work engagement Scale(UWES).[Results]The total score of occupational stress of the nurses in interventional operation room was 2.29±0.50,the total score of psychological capital was 3.51 ±0.60,and the total score of job engagement was 3.89 ±0.68. The psychological capital of the nurses in interventional operation room was positively related to job engagement(r=0.527,P<0.01),the occupational stress was negatively related to job engagement(r=-0.418,P<0.01),and the psychological capital was negatively related to occupational stress(r=-0.430,P<0.01). Psychological capital played a part-mediated role in occupational stress and job engagement of the nurses in interventional operation room,and the mediating effect accounted for 43.82% of the total effect.[Conclusion]Hospital managers can improve the job engagement level of nurses in interventional operation room by improving the psychological capital level and reducing occupational stress,so as to improve the quality of nursing service and promote the healthy and stable development of nursing staff in interventional operation room.
