摘 要:波纹管作为核二级截止阀的重要部件,其良好的密封性能是保证核二级波纹管截止阀在工作时可以做到阀杆密封处零泄漏的重要前提。因此在工作载荷下对波纹管进行稳定性研究以及确定结构失稳的临界载荷的屈曲分析就显得十分必要。基于ANSYS Workbench软件分析了核二级波纹管截止阀用U型波纹管在确定位移的情况下,不同间隙波纹管的屈曲载荷变化;在确定间隙的情况下,波纹管在不同拉压位移作用时的屈曲载荷变化。结果表明:波纹管在承受压缩位移的时候,随着压缩位移的减小其屈曲载荷逐渐增大;波纹管在承受拉伸位移的时候,随着拉伸位移的逐渐增大其屈曲载荷先增大后减小。波纹管在确定的外压及拉压位移的作用下,随着波纹管层间隙的逐渐增大,波纹管的屈曲载荷先增大后减小。Bellows as an important component ingrade two nuclear bellows seal globe valve, its satisfactory sealing performance is the premise to ensure zero leakage occurred in grade two nuclear bellows seal globe valve.Therefore, buckling analysis of bellows under working loads and determination of critical loads for structural instability are necessary.In this paper, by using ANSYS Workbench, the analysis of U-shaped bellows of grade two nuclear bellows seal globe valve under the condition of determined displacement was performed.In the case of constant gap, the variation of buckling load for the bellows under different tension and compression displacement was studied. The results showed that under compression displacement, with the decreases of compression displacement the buckling load increases gradually;under tensile displacement, with the increases of tensile displacement the buckling load increases first and then decreases.Under the action of external pressure and displacement due to tension force and pressure, with the increase of layer clearance in bellow, the buckling load first increases and then decreases.
