抗抑郁剂联合社区规范化综合干预治疗抑郁症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抗抑郁剂联合社区规范化综合干预治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将100例社区抑郁症患者按入组先后顺序随机分为两组,各50例。两组均采用帕罗西汀治疗,研究组在此基础上联合社区规范化综合干预,观察6个月。于治疗前及治疗1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月,采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为100%,对照组为90%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论抗抑郁剂联合社区规范化综合干预治疗抑郁症疗效显著,优于单一用药,能有效改善患者的抑郁症状。Objective To explore the curative effect of antidepressants combined with community stand ardized comprehensive intervention on depression.Methods 100 patients with depression in the communify were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with paroxetine,the study group was treated with paroxetine combined with community standardized comprehensive intervention.Both groups were observed for 6 months.Before treatment,1 month,2 months,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the efficacy was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,and that of the control group was 90%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Antidepressant combined with community standardized comprehensive intervention is more effective than single drug in the treatment of depression,which can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of patients.
