摘　　要：岛叶位置深,与周围结构联系紧密,功能复杂,致岛叶癲痫难以与其他癲痫区别。本文就岛叶功能、岛叶癲痫的研究进展作一综述。The location of island lobe is deep.Insular lobe have closely connected with the surrounding structure^and its function is complicated.Therefore,insula lobe epilepsy is difficult to distinguish from other epilepsyThis article reviews the research progress of insular function and insular epilepsy.
