摘 要:设置知识产权本科专业在名校和一般地方高校都具有复合型人才培养要求。高校现行的知识产权本科教育难以解决该专业与法学专业的趋同性障碍。目前高校知识产权本科教育被压缩的课程模块教学方式的理想化设置难以实现,毕业生难以摆脱"出口"难的窘境。地方高校更应秉持职业导向型的培养理念。"理工科三年叠加知识产权两年"的"专升本"全日制培养模式是这类高校知识产权本科专业人才培养摆脱困境的路径选择。It is a requirement of raising inter-disciplinary talents to set up intellectual property undergraduate major in elite universities and local colleges. The heterogeneity of intellectual property major and legal science major remains a obstacle in current intellectual property undergraduate education. Local colleges and universities should uphold the principle of vocation-oriented teaching. However, It is inevitable to face the fact that the intellectual property curriculums are being compressed in undergraduate period and the students is hard to be employed after graduation. A full-time education of "3+2"pattern-Three years of science and engineering education in vocational colleges and two years of intellectual property education in undergraduate colleges, is an optional method to solve the problem of cultivating intellectual property undergraduate talents in local colleges and universities.
