摘　　要：索骨丹具有岩白菜素、蒽醌、黄酮、儿茶素等多种药理活性成分,对止血、抗病毒、抗炎、甲状腺肿、抗氧化等均有较好的药理作用,具有较高的临床意义。本文主要以相关研究的中外文献为基础,对索骨丹的岩白菜素、总蒽醌、脂肪酸、酚类的提取工艺和抗氧化活性进行总结,为相关的研究人员提供一定的参照。Rodgersia aesculifolia has a variety of pharmacological active components,such as bergenin,anthraquinone,flavonoids,catechin and so on.It has good pharmacological effects on hemostasis,antivirus,anti-inflammation,goiter,anti-oxidation.and has high clinical significance.In this paper,the extraction technology and antioxidant activity of bergenin,total anthraquinone,fatty acid and phenols were summarized on the basis of related literatures at China and foreign countries,so as to provide some references for related researchers.
