摘 要:动态非线性化学指纹图谱技术具有动力学特性、性能稳定、测定数据精度高、重现性好的特点,已成为众多学者研究的热点。该技术不仅可以鉴别和评价药品和食品类复杂样本,而且还可以鉴别化妆品的真伪,其方法操作简单,样品不用复杂的前处理,对于保障食药安全性,确保人们的身体康健,具有重要的作用。本文结合近几年的文献,综述了非线性化学指纹图谱技术在中药和食品质量控制方面的应用,并探讨了该技术的研究现状和特点。Nonlinear chemical fingerprint technique had become a hot research topic for many scholars because of its dynamic characteristics, stable performance, high precision and good reproducibility. This technique could not only identify and evaluate the complex samples of drugs and foods, but also identify the authenticity of cosmetics. The method is simple, and the sample do not need complicated pretreatment, which could ensure the safety of food and the health of people. Based on the literatures of recent years, nonlinear chemical fingerprint technique in the application of traditional Chinese medicine and food quality control was reviewed, and the research situation and characteristics of the proposed technique were discussed.
