摘  要:"半导体材料"是《材料物理性能》中一个非常重要的章节。在许多教材以及许多教师的授课中,往往只注重半导体材料的应用,而忽略了它与金属、绝缘体的本质区别——能带结构的差异。对半导体材料与金属、绝缘体能带结构的差异进行了教学设计,主要包括教学目的、教学思想、教学重难点、教学方法和策略以及教学安排等方面。通过该教学设计,旨在加深学生对半导体材料的理解,提高对半导体材料的兴趣,服务广大学生群体。“Semiconductor materials” is an important chapter in the course of Physics Properties of Materials. In many textbooks and many teachers teaching, the focus is often only on the application of semiconductor materials, ignoring the essential difference between the semiconductor, metal and insulator materials--the difference in electronic band structure. The teaching of difference of electronic band structure between the semiconductor materials, metal materials and insulator materials was designed, including teaching aims, teaching thought, important and difficult points of teaching, teaching methods and strategies and teaching arrangement. The purpose of this teaching design was to deepen students understanding of semiconductor materials, improve their interest in semiconductor materials, and serve the majority of students.
