摘　　要：发展乡村旅游是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容,是实现农村劳动力转移、改变农村落后面貌的有效途径。我国乡村旅游虽然在产业规模和经济效益方面取得显著成效,然而从业者职业能力不高、高端专业人才缺乏、精准职业教育缺失的现实问题对产业升级的不利影响不容忽视。在乡村振兴战略背景下,从职业教育的角度提升乡村旅游从业者的职业能力,推动乡村旅游产业优化升级,对于推进乡村振兴战略实施、促进乡村经济发展具有重要的现实意义。The development of rural tourism is an important part of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and is an effective way to realize the transfer of rural labor and change the appearance of rural areas.Although rural tourism in China has achieved remarkable results in terms of industrial scale and economic benefits,the adverse impact of the lack of professional capacity of practitioners,the lack of high-end professional talents and the lack of accurate career education on industrial upgrading cannot be ignored.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,improving the professional capacity of rural tourism practitioners from the perspective of occupational education and promoting the optimization and upgrading of rural tourism industry are of great practical significance for promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and promoting rural economic development.
