摘 要:目的:采用视觉质量分析系统(OQAS)评价不同近视患者行飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)后视觉质量的变化。方法:共收集行FS-LASIK的患者65例130眼,分为低、中、高度近视三组。采用OQAS系统检查比较三组患者术前术后视觉质量参数的变化。结果:低度近视组术后10dOV100%、MTFcutoff值高于高度近视组,OV20%、OV9%值高于中、高度近视组(均P<0.017)。术后1d低度近视组和术后1、10、30d中、高度近视组OSI和MeanOSI均比术前显著升高,而MTFcutoff、SR、OV100%、OV20%、OV9%均比术前显著降低(均P<0.0083)。MeanOSI与OV100%、OV20%、OV9%、SR、MTFcutoff均呈负相关,与OSI均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论:FS-LASIK术后早期视觉质量下降,泪膜功能与视觉质量变化趋势一致,低度近视比中、高度近视患者恢复更快。AIM: To evaluate the effects of femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) on visual quality of myopia with different refractive degrees using the Optical Quality Analysis System (OQAS). METHODS: A total of 65 myopic patients (130 eyes) who received FS-LASIK were collected, which were divided into three groups of low, medium and high myopia. The changes of visual quality parameters before and after surgery were compared by OQAS system. RESULTS:The values of OV100% and MTF cutoff in the low myopia group at 10d after surgery were higher than those in the high myopia group, and the values of OV20% and OV9% were higher than those in the medium and high myopia group (all P <0.017). At 1d after surgery in low myopia group and at 1d, 10d and 30d after surgery in medium and high myopia group had significantly higher OSI and Mean OSI, while MTF cutoff, SR, OV100%, OV20% and OV9% were significantly lower than those before surgery (all P <0.0083). Mean OSI was negatively correlated with OV100%, OV20%, OV9%, SR, MTF cutoff and positively correlated with OSI (all P <0.05). CONCLUSION:Optical quality decreases in the early period after FS-LASIK for correction of distinct refractive errors, and the visual quality recovery after the operation of low myopia is faster than that of medium and high myopia. The changes of tear film function and visual quality after FS-LASIK were consistent.
