摘　　要：目的探讨miR-21、miR-210和miR-92a联合检测在结直肠癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选取72例结直肠癌患者和30例健康体检者(对照组)为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR(qRT-PCR)方法检测外周血浆中miR-21、miR-210和miR-92a表达水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果结直肠癌组miR-21、miR-210和miR-92a表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);miR-21、miR-210和miR-92a在结直肠癌Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期患者表达水平显著高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期,有淋巴结转移组患者表达水平显著高于无淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个指标单项检测敏感度较低,联合检测能提高检出率。结论miR-21、miR-210和miR-92a可能在结直肠癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用,可作为结直肠癌早期诊断的标志物。Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of miR - 21, miR - 210 and miR - 92a in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Seventy - two colorectal cancer patients and 30 healthy controls ( control group) were selected as subjects. Real - time fluorescence quantitative RT - PCR ( qRT - PCR) was used to detect peripheral miR - 21, miR - 210 and miR - 92a in plasma, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The expression levels of miR - 21, miR - 210 and miR - 92a in the colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05). The levels of miR - 21, miR - 210 and miR - 92a in patients with stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ. The expression level of lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that of no lymph node metastasis group, with the differences statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). The sensitivity of single detection of the three indicators was low, and the combined detection could increase the detection rate. Conclusion miR - 21, miR - 210 and miR - 92a may play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer, and can be used as markers for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
