摘  要:使用改进后的TMS-240型水泥胶砂耐磨试验机进行模拟水泥混凝土抗滑性能衰减的模拟试验,并设置两种混凝土密封剂进行比对。研究结果表明:随着磨耗圈数的增加,喷洒密封剂后的试块较未喷涂密封剂的试件更加耐磨,但在磨耗90圈超过密封剂作用区域后,试件质量损失差基本相同;刻槽试块由于表面粗构造,更容易受到啃切破坏而散失,相较于未喷涂密封剂的空白组,其磨耗深度最大。The improved TMS-240 cement mortar wear tester was used to simulate the slip resistance attenuation of cement concrete, and two kinds of concrete sealants were set up to compare. The results show that with the increase of wear rings, the test pieces sprayed with sealant are more wear-resistant than those without sealant, but the quality loss of the test pieces is almost the same when the wear rings exceed the action area of sealant. The grooved test pieces are more vulnerable to gnawing and cutting damage due to rough surface structure, and their wear depth is the largest compared with the blank group without sealant.
