摘　　要：以往围绕和谐管理的研究主要集中在对现有和谐管理理论研究框架的应用,缺乏对理论本身的深入理解.在对和谐管理理论核心思想进行系统梳理的基础上,将和谐管理实现过程置于自组织分析框架之中,分别从系统自组织的形成条件、内部诱因、动力机制、涌现形成、持续演化5个方面对和谐管理的自组织涌现过程进行了具体的阐释,进一步明确了和谐管理理论在复杂多变管理环境下的应用价值,为准确理解和运用和谐管理理论提供了新思路.In the past, the research of harmonious management focused on the application of the existing research framework, lacking deep understanding of the theory itself. On the basis of systematically combing the core ideas of harmonious management theory, this paper put the realization process of harmonious management in the framework of self-organization analysis, and explained the self-organizing emergence process of harmonious management respectively from formation conditions, internal inducement, dynamic mechanism, emergence generation and sustainable evolution of system self-organization, further excavated the application value of harmonious management theory when the environment is complex and changeable, which provides a new way to thinking to accurately understand and utilize harmonious management theory.
