摘  要:通过考察料液比、脉冲时间、脉冲电压、脉冲频率对岩藻黄质提取含量的影响,设计4因素4水平正交试验,确定了高压脉冲电场快速提取藻渣中岩藻黄质的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明,高压脉冲电场快速提取色素的优化工艺条件为料液比1∶50,时间40min,脉冲电压10kV,脉冲频率70Hz。其中,主要影响因素中,对色素影响最大的是料液比,时间次之,脉冲频率影响最小,色素提取率为23.4%。同时,考察了光照、温度、pH、氧化剂对提取后的岩藻黄质稳定性的影响。The solid-liquid ratio, pulse time, pulse voltage, and the influence of pulse frequency on extraction content of fucoxanthine were investigated, and four-factor, four-level orthogonal experiments were designed in this study. The optimum technological conditions for rapid extraction of fucoxanthine from algal residue by high voltage pulsed electric field was determined. The experimental results show that ratio of material to liquid was 1:50, pulse time was 40 min, pulse voltage was 10 kV,and pulse frequency was 70 Hz. In the main influencing factors, the first influencing factor on polysaccharide content was the ratio of material to liquid, the second was the pulse time, and the pulse frequency was the least one. The fucoxanthine extraction rate was 23.4%. The effects of light,temperature, pH, antioxidant factors on fucoxanthine stability were studied at the same time.
