知识型零工经济下的开放式创新模式

摘　　要：在回顾开放式创新和知识管理相关研究的基础上,提出了组织零工创新的关键因素,包括创新全过程与外界的交互、具备正式清晰的流程框架、跨边界部门的对接作用、员工自我驱动的组织氛围以及高层战略对开放式创新的重视与支持。最后,围绕这5个关键因素,以我国开放式创新典型企业海尔为案例进行了讨论。Thispaper summarizesfive key factors for successful coordinating gig innovations based on literature in open innovation and knowledge management,including allowing gig participation in all parts of the innovation process,implementing decentralizationwith formal and clear roadmap,leveraging firm existing resources with boundary-spanners,providing autonomy for employees and supporting open innovation practice not only from bottom to up,but also top to down.Finally,around these five key factors,it uses the case of Haier to further discuss the practices in the industry.
