论快攻战术在篮球比赛中的运用

摘　　要：快攻战术是当今时代在篮球比赛中重中之重的一个环节,它的存在很大方面影响着篮球比赛输赢的走向。快攻战术的利用不仅加快了进攻速度,增加了进攻次数,提升了进攻的质量,而且也使比赛更加具有观赏性,为比赛变得更加精彩做了很好的铺垫。本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法等研究方法,结合了比赛实践经验与日常的训练,对篮球运动中快攻的观点、快攻战术的情势与构造、攻守转换和影响篮球比赛快攻战术成功率的主要因素等文章进行了探究。本文探究得出:攻守转换的速度是很重要的;身体素质、技术水平对快攻质量的决定;快攻跟进篮板球的重要性等。Fast break is a vital part in modern basketball,which influences the game result a lot. It not only increases the speed,frequency and quality of offense,but also makes the game more attractive. By using the methods of documentary and video observation,combined with the game experience and daily training,this paper explores the literatures on fast break,the situation and structure of fast break,transfer from offence to defense,and the main factors that influence its successful rate. It is concluded that the speed of transfer is very important;fast break relies on body fitness and basketball skills;and it is important to get follow-up frontcourt rebound in case that the fast break is blocked.
