积极心理学视域下士官学员心理行为训练课程改革探究

摘　　要：开展士官学员心理行为训练改革,是保障院校教育质量的必然要求。本文以积极心理学的理论视角为切入点,分析了士官学员心理行为训练中运用积极心理学的必要性,探讨了相应的课程改革策略,认为应当促进心理调适与行为训练相衔接,以军事体育训练形塑积极人格、构建支持性团队组织系统以及完善相关保障机制。Carrying out the reform of the psychological behavior training of non-commissioned officers is an inevitable requirement for ensuring the quality of education in colleges and universities.Taking the theoretical perspective of positive psychology as the starting point,this paper analyzes the necessity of applying positive psychology in the psychological behavior training of non-commissioned officers,discusses the corresponding course reform strategy,and believes that the connection between psychological adjustment and behavior training should be promoted,and we should also use military physical training to develop positive personality,build a supportive team organization system,and improve related guarantee mechanisms.
