摘  要:20世纪30年代,山东乡村及乡村教育处于危机之中。为缓解这种危机,山东省政府兴办了富有成效与特色的乡村师范教育,逐步构建了辐射全省的乡村师范教育网络。民国时期,山东省政府为促进乡村师范教育的发展,完善了乡村师范教育的制度保障,并对教学内容、课外活动以及乡村师范生实习活动等进行了改革,逐步建立了符合山东省情的乡村教师培养模式。In 1930 s, the rural area and rural education in Shandong were in crisis. In order to alleviate this crisis, the Shandong provincial government set up effective and characteristic rural normal education,and gradually built a rural normal education network that radiated the whole province. During the period of the Republic of China, the Shandong provincial government, in order to promote the development of rural normal education, perfected the system guarantee of rural normal education, reformed the teaching content,extracurricular activities and rural normal students’ practice activities, and gradually established the training mode of rural teachers in line with the conditions of Shandong Province.
