摘　　要：理想信念是当代大学生思想政治教育的核心任务,也是各高校所面临较为严峻的问题,通过对当前大学生理想信念状态形势进行分析,探讨辅导员在大学生理想信念教育工作中的方法,发挥高校辅导员的岗位优势,引导大学生树立正确的理想信念,切实的做好大学生理想信念教育。Ideal and belief is the core task of contemporary college students'ideological and political education, and it is also a serious problem faced by colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the current situation of college students’ ideals and beliefs,this paper explores the methods of counselors in college students’ideal and belief education,gives full play to the post advantages of college counselors,guides college students to establish correct ideals and beliefs,and earnestly does a good job ideal and belief education for in college students.
