摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法将94例消化性溃疡患者按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组予以泮托拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复新液治疗。比较两组患者炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果显著,可以有效降低炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid and pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer and its influence on inflammatory factors levels.Methods A total of 94 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution, with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole, while the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
