摘　　要：目的探讨无砷失活抑菌材料在年轻恒牙外伤后急性牙髓炎牙髓失活中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的80例年轻恒牙外伤后急性牙髓炎患儿随机分为对照组(三氧化二砷牙髓失活剂)和观察组(无砷失活抑菌剂),各40例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的牙髓失活优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的牙周损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无砷失活抑菌材料在年轻恒牙外伤后急性牙髓炎牙髓失活中的应用效果显著,可更好地减轻患儿疼痛,且不易引起牙周损伤。Objective To investigate the application effect of arsenic-free inactivated bacteriostatic material in pulp devitalization of acute pulpitis after traumatic young permanent teeth. Methods A total of 80 cases of children with acute pulpitis after traumatic young permanent teeth were randomly divided into control group(arsenic trioxide pulp inactivating agent) and observation group(arsenic-free inactivatedbacteriostat), with 40 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of pulp inactivation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of periodontal injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Arsenic-free inactivated bacteriostatic material in the treatment of pulp devitalization of acute pulpitis after traumatic young permanent teeth has a significant effect, which can better alleviate the pain of patients and is not easy to cause periodontal injury.
