摘　　要：目的分析非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)患者的抑郁和焦虑情况。方法选择2015年10月至2018年10月我院眼科门诊收治的100例NAION患者为观察组,另选50例体检正常者为对照组。比较两组研究对象的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及精神卫生症状自评量表(SCL-90)的评分。结果观察组的SDS及SAS评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SCL-90量表中的强迫、躯体化、焦虑及抑郁评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NAION患者的抑郁和焦虑情况较正常人为严重,抑郁和焦虑状态有可能是疾病引起的,也有可能是疾病的诱因。Objective To analyze the depression and anxiety in patients with non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION). Methods A total of 100 patients with NAION admitted in ophthalmic clinic of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected as observation group, while another 50 persons with normal physical examination were selected as control group. The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of enforce, somatization, anxiety and depression of the SCL-90 scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Depression and anxiety in patients with NAION are more serious than those of the normal people. Depression and anxiety may be caused by disease, or may be the cause of disease.
