摘　　要：乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤(PBL)在临床中十分罕见,本文记录1例弥漫性大B细胞性淋巴瘤组织类型的原发双乳淋巴瘤患者的诊治过程,并行相关文献复习,归纳PBL的临床特征及其诊治要点。Primary breast lymphoma(PBL) is very rare in clinic. This paper records the diagnosis and treatment of a primary bilateral breast lymphoma patient with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and reviews the related literature, so as to summarize the clinical features and main points of diagnosis and treatment of PBL.
