摘　　要：对于缺血性卒中患者,准确明确卒中病因学和机制对于指导治疗和预防具有重要意义。心源性卒中的长期复发率和死亡率均很高。超声心动图是评价心脏栓子源的有力诊断工具。文章对超声心动图在评价缺血性卒中患者心脏栓子源中的应用进行了综述。For patients with ischemic stroke,accurate identification of the etiology and mechanism of stroke are important for guiding treatment and prevention.The long-term recurrence rate and mortality rate of cardioembolic stroke are high.Echocardiography is a powerful diagnostic tool for evaluating cardioembolic sources.This article reviews the application of echocardiography in evaluating cardioembolic sources in patients with ischemic stroke.
