摘　　要：目的探讨低剂量高分辨螺旋CT在拔除复杂下颌低位阻生智齿中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年1月收治的128例复杂下颌低位阻生智齿患者,按就诊日期分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=68)。对照组拔除智齿前经传统X线牙片影像检查,观察组拔除智齿前经X线牙片及颌面部低剂量高分辨螺旋CT扫描来确定阻生智齿位置及阻生类型。比较两组患者拔除智齿后的疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果观察组拔除智齿后的疼痛程度及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论低剂量高分辨螺旋CT在拔除复杂下颌低位阻生智齿中的临床应用价值较高,可有效改善患者拔除智齿后的疼痛程度,安全可靠,可作为复杂下颌低位阻生智齿必要的检查手段。Objective To explore the clinical application value of low-dose and high-resolution spiral CT in extraction of complex lower impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. Methods 128 cases of patients with complex lower impacted mandibular wisdom teeth admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=60) and observation group(n=68)according to the treatment date. Before the extraction of wisdom teeth, the control group was given traditional X-ray dental radiography,while the observation group was given X-ray and maxillofacial low-dose and high-resolution spiral CT to determine the position and type of impacted wisdom teeth. The pain degree and complications after the extraction of wisdom teeth were compared between the two groups.Results After the extraction of wisdom teeth, the pain degree and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Low-dose and high-resolution spiral CT has higher clinical value in the extraction of complex lower impacted mandibular wisdom teeth, can effectively improve the pain degree after extraction of wisdom teeth, and is safe and reliable,which can be used as a necessary examination method for complex lower impacted mandibular wisdom teeth.
