大学毕业生就业初期社会适应质性研究

摘　　要：探讨大学毕业生就业初期社会适应现状。方法:结合方便取样和滚雪球取样选取10名大学毕业生进行访谈。结果:大学毕业生社会适应良好,包括住宿、交通和经济等的适应,心理适应良好,已做好进入社会的准备;职业不适应表现在对工作压力、工作内容、工作角色、工作环境等不适应,人际不适应表现在人际关系不适应。结论:总体来看大学毕业生社会适应良好,大学毕业的社会适应不良主要表现在职业适应和人际适应上。Objective: to explore the social adaptation of university graduates in the early stage of employment. Methods: 10 u- niversity graduates were interviewed with convenient sampling and snowball sampling. Results: the college graduates have good social adaptation,including accommodation,transportation and economic adaptation,the psychological adaptation is good,and the readiness to enter the society is good. The job discomfort is not adapted to the work pressure,the work content,the job role,the working environment and so on. The interpersonal discomfort should be manifested in the unadaptation to the interper- sonal relationship. Conclusion: in general,the social adaptation of university graduates is good,and the social maladjustment of university graduates is mainly manifested in occupational adjustment and interpersonal adjustment.
