摘　　要：临床证实乳腺癌患者存在血液转移的情况,循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)从原发肿瘤组织中脱落后进入血液循环,并在远处组织种植和生长,促使远处转移病灶形成。早期进行循环肿瘤细胞检测对于乳腺癌患者个体化诊治方案的制定具有较好的指导意义。本文对循环肿瘤细胞检测技术以及其在乳腺癌中的应用现状进行综述。Clinical evidence of blood metastasis in patients with breast cancer,circulating tumor cell (CTC) enters the blood circulation from the primary tumor tissue and grows in the distant tissue,which promotes the formation of distant metastases. Early detection of circulating tumor cells has good guiding significance for individual diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. In this paper,the technique of circulating tumor cell detection and its application in breast cancer are reviewed.
