摘　　要：本文以培养职业院校新能源汽车专业学生职业能力为目标,深入调研,对新能源汽车维修岗位能力需求进行深入分析,总结凝练典型工作任务,尝试开发新能源汽车维修技能标准,以期在技能标准的引导下规范培养新能源汽车售后维修的高技能人才,为标准化培养技能人才提供了新的思路。This paper aims at cultivating the professional abilities of the students majoring in New Energy Automobile in vocational colleges. It conducts in -depth investigation, makes in -depth analysis of the demand for the post ability of new energy automobile maintenance, summarizes and condenses typical tasks, and tries to develop the technical standards of New Energy Automobile Maintenance, with a view to standardizing the cultivation of high -skilled personnel of new energy automobile after-sales maintenance under the guidance of the technical standards. It provides a new way of thinking for the cultivation of standardized skilled personnel.
