摘 要:【目的】本文研究了钙对贮藏期马铃薯块茎渗透调节物质及SOD的影响。【方法】采用随机区组设计,喷施Ca(NO3)2设置6个钙肥施用水平。在马铃薯贮藏期间,测定马铃薯块茎中几种透调节物质含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性。【结果】马铃薯经田间喷施Ca(NO3)2后,块茎内可溶性糖、脯氨酸等物质的含量显著增加;显著抑制MDA累积量;SOD保护酶的活性显著提高。综合分析本试验研究结果,提出Ca(NO3)2喷施的最佳浓度为0.6kg/hm^2。【结论】钙能有效提高细胞渗透调节能力和原生质保护能力,从而提高了马铃薯块茎的耐贮性能。【Objective】This paper aimed to study the effects of calcium on osmotic regulators and SOD in potato tubers during storage.【Method】 A randomized block design was applied to spray Ca(NO 3) 2 to set 6 levels of calcium fertilizer application. The content of several permeability regulators and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in potato tubers were determined during storage.【Result】After spraying Ca(NO 3) 2 in the field, the contents of soluble sugar, proline and other substances in potato tubers were significantly increased, the activity of SOD protective enzymes was significantly increased, and the accumulation of MDA was significantly inhibited.【Conclusion】The comprehensive analysis of the results in this study indicated that the optimum concentration of Ca(NO 3) 2 was 0.6 kg/hm^2. Calcium could effectively improve cell osmotic regulation and protoplast protection, thus improving the storage resistance of potato tubers.
