摘 要:以碳化硼为基体,碳化硅为增强相,氧化铝和氧化钇为烧结助剂,在常压条件下通过液相烧结工艺制备了B4C-SiC复合材料。测试了其力学性能,并借助SEM对烧结体进行断口形貌观察。结果表明:在本实验条件下,当氧化铝和氧化钇添加量在15wt%时,材料力学性能最佳,体积密度为2.722g/cm3,相对密度为98.8%,抗弯强度为496MPa,断裂韧性为4.57MPa·m1/2。显微组织结构致密,晶粒细小、均匀,基本没有气孔。In this research use boron carbide as substrate material, silicon carbide as enhancement phase, Al2O3 and Y2O3 as sintering additives, B4C-SiC composite materials were prepared by the liquid-phase sintering process under atmospheric pressure condition.Tested its mechanical properties and oberseved the fracture morphology of sintered body with the help of SEM. The results show that,under this experimental condition, the mechanical properties of the composite materials are best when the sintering additives content is 15 wt %,the volume density is 2.722 g/cm3, the relative density is 98.8%, the bending strength is 496 MPa and the fracture toughness is 4.57 MPaom1/2. The microstructure is compact and the grains are fine and uniform,there were no pores exited in sintered body basically.
