摘  要:"禅茶文化"以"茶"为媒介、"僧"为主体,将禅文化与茶文化融于一体。"茶",即茶文化,"禅"在梵语中意为"修心"。"禅茶一味",是人生的另一种境界。以禅入茶,以茶契禅,寻求二者的共通之处。莲花是圣洁、清净的象征,古人常以莲花入茶,以达到镇心安神的目的。《茶谱》中记载的莲花茶窨制方法颇有价值,为今人所用,其中包含了丰富的禅机佛理,即至善心、悟莲心、释和心。本文分析了莲花茶的制作工艺,阐述了中国独特的禅茶文化,在此基础上,揭示二者的文化内涵。Zen tea culture takes tea as the medium and monk as the main body, integrating zen culture and tea culture. Tea means tea culture, and zen means cultivation of the heart in sanskrit. Tasting zen in tea is another realm of life. The integration of tea and zen, seeking common ground between the two. Lotus is a symbol of holiness and purity. The ancients often used lotus into tea to calm the mind. The method of making lotus tea recordedin the Tea Spectrum is very valuable and is used by people today. It contains a rich zen buddhism, namely, to be kind, to understand the lotus mind, to release the heart. This paper analyzes the production process of lotus tea, expounds the unique Chinese zen tea culture, and on this basis, reveals the cultural connotation of both.
