摘　　要：自五四新文化运动以来,中国新闻业发展迅速,涌现出一批优秀的新闻学术刊物,其中包括著名报人张竹平主编的新闻学术刊物--《报学季刊》。通过对《报学季刊》的研究和挖掘,以及对《报学季刊》的创办与旨趣、报纸的社会功能、新闻法制与媒体伦理、新闻业务与媒体经营、新闻史料等问题的探讨,旨在观察和再现中国20世纪30年代的新闻学发展镜像。Since the May 4 th New Culture Movement, Chinese journalism has developed rapidly, during which a series of outstanding academic news journals emerged, including Journalism Quarterly edited by the famous journalist Zhang Zhuping. This study aims at observing and representing the image of the development of news in China in the 1930 s by discussing the issues like its foundation and purport, social functions of newspapers, news legal system and media ethics, news business and media management, historical news documents, etc. Journalism Quarterly plays an irreplaceable role in the study of news history in the Republic of China, and has strong academic research value and practical reference significance.
