论高校转型发展背景下新建地方本科院校应用型秘书人才的培养

摘　　要：高校转型发展给新建地方本科院校的秘书人才培养带来了机遇和挑战。在创新驱动发展、“互联网+”、大众创新万众创业、“一带一路”等国家重大战略下,现代秘书人才的要求日渐专业化、职业化。新建地方本科院校的秘书人才培养也必须在转型中谋得发展。在高校转型发展的总体指导下,从秘书工作和秘书能力论述了现代秘书人才的要求,进而探讨了新建地方本科院校的秘书人才培养在转型发展中“转什么”和“如何转”两大问题。The transformation and development of universities have brought opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of secretary talents in newly-built local undergraduate universities.Under the national major strategies of innovation-driven development,"Internet+",mass innovation and entrepreneurship,and theBelt and Road Initiative,the requirements of modern secretary talents are becoming increasingly technical and professional.The secretary talent training of newly-built local undergraduate universities must also seek development in the transformation.Under the overall guidance of the transformation and development of universities,this paper discusses the requirements of modern secretary talents from the perspective of secretary work and secretary ability,and then discusses the two major problems of"transform to what"and"how to transform"in the transformation and development of secretary talents training in newly-built local undergraduate universities.
