摘　　要：目的:了解护理技能综合模拟自学系统的用户需求。方法:采用问卷调查护理技能模拟自学系统的学生需求,面谈收集教师、实验室、管理员需求。结果:学生在线答题等,教师成绩管理等,实验室管理实验室在线预约等,系统管理员分班分组等需求较突出。结论:充分调研需求开发护理技能综合模拟自学系统,可以提高技能教学效率。Objective:To understand the user demand of nursing skill comprehensive simulation self-study system.Methods:questionnaires were used to investigate the needs of students in the nursing skills simulation self-study system,and interviews were conducted to collect the needs of teachers,laboratories and administrators.Results:the demand of students answering questions online,teachers'achievement management,laboratory management laboratory's appointment online,and systemadministrator's classification and grouping were outstanding.Conclusion:the development of nursing skill simulation systemcan improve the teaching efficiency.
