摘  要:生物工业不断地发展,应用到的工艺与设备也随着不断改进,高校相应专业的实践课程《发酵工艺与设备实验》的内容、授课方法也必须与时俱进。文中针对华南理工大学《发酵工艺与设备实验》课程的开设、改革过程及教学内容进行了介绍及分析。The continuous development of the bio-industry,the process and equipment to be applied also with the continuous improvement,the corresponding professional practice course of the university is the content of the"Fermentation Process and the Equipment Experiment",the teaching method also needs to advance with the times,This paper introduces and analyzes the opening,reforming process and teaching content of the"Fermentation Process and Equipment Experiment"in the South China University of Technology.
