摘 要:针对目前中医药院校中药类专业学生普遍存在的化学基础薄弱、专业思想不稳固、综合素质较差等问题,我校有机化学教学团队从“强化学生课外自主学习,合理组织和高效利用课堂时间,因材施教;理论联系实际,早期强基础、后期重岗位胜任;构建合理的形成性评价体系”入手,逐步优化有机化学教学体系,希望为困扰中医药院校中药学类学生发展的普遍问题提供解决策略。Students majoring in Chinese pharmacy at traditional Chinese medicine colleges currently display several shared weaknesses:weak chemistry foundations,lack of professional thinking,poor overall quality,etc.In order to cope with these problems,our organic chemistry teaching teammainly focuses on the following solutions:encouraging students to become independent learners,organizing and making use of class time more wisely and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude,linking theory with practice and attaching great importance to foundation building in the early stages and professional competence in later stages,constructing a rational system of formative evaluation,carrying out research-based teaching actively,and so forth.These measures aim to improve the teaching system of organic chemistry and promote students'overall development.
