摘 要:由于某公司纺织用阻燃粘胶纤维较普通市售阻燃纤维素纤维具有良好的阻燃效果,且经染整和多次洗涤后,阻燃性能不降损,故研究其结构形态等对纺织阻燃纤维的市场应用具有借鉴意义。对某公司纺织用阻燃粘胶纤维及市售阻燃纤维素纤维进行了X射线荧光光谱分析,明确了2种阻燃纤维素纤维采用的阻燃剂主体成分、结构形态和加入方式,用于推断纤维的阻燃机理和应用方向。Because the flame retardant viscose fibers used in textiles of a company have better flame retardant effect than those of common flame retardant cellulose fibers sold in the market, and the flame retardant properties do not be decreased after dyeing, finishing and washing many times. it is of great significance to study the structure and morphology of the flame retardant viscose fibers for the market application of textiles. The flame retardant viscose fibers and flame retardant cellulose fibers were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The main components, structure and adding methods of two flame retardant cellulose fibers were defined, which can be used to infer the flame retardant mechanism and application direction of the fibers.
