摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下微创手术治疗特殊部位子宫肌瘤的效果及对卵巢内分泌功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年9月~2018年9月收治的特殊部位子宫肌瘤患者94例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组行开腹子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜下微创手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果和治疗后卵巢内分泌功能各指标(E2、LH、FSH)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(97.87%vs89.36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后E2水平高于对照组[(251.39±24.87)pmol/Lvs(232.48±21.69)pmol/L],LH和FSH水平低于对照组[(18.96±2.41)U/Lvs(22.46±2.11)U/L,(20.38±2.05)U/Lvs(24.96±2.13)U/L],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊部位子宫肌瘤可接受腹腔镜下微创手术治疗,效果确切,能够有效改善患者卵巢内分泌功能。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery on uterine fibroids in special sites and its effect on ovarian endocrine function.Methods A total of 94 patients with uterine fibroids from our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group underwent open uterine myomectomy, and the observation group underwent laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the levels of ovarian endocrine function (E2, LH, FSH) were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.87% vs 89.36%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The E2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [(251.39±24.87) pmol/L vs (232.48±21.69) pmol/L], and the LH and FSH levels were lower than the control group [(18.96±2.41) U/L vs (22.46±2.11) U/L,(20.38±2.05) U/L vs (24.96±2.13) U/L], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized uterine fibroids can be treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery, which is effective and can effectively improve the ovarian endocrine function.
