摘  要:目的探讨因子分析和复杂网络技术用于溃疡性结肠炎中医证候研究的价值。方法采用自拟《溃疡性结肠炎中医证候流行病学调查表》收集706例溃疡性结肠炎患者的中医症状体征和舌脉表现,并行因子分析和复杂网络技术分析。结果经因子分析、复杂网络技术相结合提取出证素12个,病位证素包括肠、脾、肝、肾,病性证素包括湿热、寒湿、风寒、气滞、气虚、阳虚、阴虚、血瘀,常见证候类型为寒滞胃肠证、大肠湿热证、寒湿内盛证、脾胃虚弱证、肝郁脾虚证、脾肾阳虚证、阴虚肠燥证、血瘀肠络证。结论因子分析和复杂网络技术相结合的数理统计方法可用于溃疡性结肠炎证候证素分布特点研究,更能直观、简洁地阐明该病的证候特点,为该病的证候研究提供了一种新的方法。Objective It is to explore the value of application of factor analysis and complex network technology for the study of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in ulcerative colitis. Methods The TCM symptoms and signs and tongue and pulse manifestations of 706 patients with ulcerative colitis were collected by self-made epidemiological questionnaire of TCM syndromes of ulcerative colitis,and were analyzed by factor analysis and complex network technology analysis. Results A total of 12 syndromes were extracted by factor analysis and complex network technology. Disease syndrome factors: intestinal, spleen, liver and kidney. The nature syndrome elements:dampness-heat, cold-dampness, wind-cold, Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, blood stasis. The common syndrome types: cold stagnation gastrointestinal syndrome, large intestine damp-heat syndrome, cold-dampness syndrome, spleen-stomach weakness syndrome, liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency intestinal dryness syndrome and blood stasis intestinal collateral syndrome. Conclusion The mathematical statistics method combining factor analysis and complex network technology can be used to study the distribution characteristics of syndrome elements in ulcerative colitis. It can be more intuitively and succinctly clarified the syndrome characteristics of the disease, and provides a new idea for the study of TCM syndrome in this disease.
