摘　　要：分子科学与工程专业是教育部2017年批准我校开设的本科新兴专业。国内开设分子科学与工程专业的高校很少且时间不长,在人才培养模式、专业特色凝练和课程体系构建等方面尚不完善。本文结合我校分子科学与工程本科新专业建设的经验进行探讨,以期明确新专业特色及培养目标,通过完善课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,丰富教学方法和手段,建立适合新时代要求的专业培养模式。Molecular Science and Engineering specialty in our universitywas approved by the Ministry of Education in 2017.Due to being established in a very few universities,many works are needed to be carried out to improve the patterns of talents training,refining of specialty features,construction of course system.In this paper,according our practical experiences,we have discussed several factors about how to specify the specialty characteristics and training objective,construct an appropriate cultivating mode,perfect the course system,build a structure reasonable teaching team,and enrich the student-centered teaching methods.
