摘　　要：微课与翻转课堂明确规定了中学化学课程评价应促进学生的全面发展、注重与理论联系实验、提高学生的化学素养等。在以学生为主体的课堂教育教学过程中,注重学生能力的培养,注重学生积极正确的情感态度价值观,是对课堂教学评价的基本要求。本研究针对甘肃省目前中学化学课堂评价重结果轻过程、重知识轻能力、重“教”轻“学”的现状,以新课程标准中的三维目标为基本依据,从学生评价的角度出发,构建微课与翻转课堂下甘肃省中学化学课评价表,形成学生评价为主体的、注重课堂过程性评价的甘肃中学化学课堂教学评价体系,以此希望能为甘肃中学化学课堂教学评价提供一套科学的、合理的、可操作的评价方案。The microlecture and flipped learning system have confirmed that middle school chemistry study should concentrate students over development,focus more on student's ability development and make a close connecction between life and study.This paper aims at the background of the domestic situation,which is focus more on result than the process and more on knowledge than ability in Gansu.Taking the three dimension as the basic basis,We focus on the students assessment and middle school chemistry class teaching system in Gansu.In this way a scientific,reasonable and operable assessmen plan can be offered to middle school chemistry teaching in Gansu.
