摘 要:利用Dynaform有限元分析软件对弯曲件成形过程进行数值模拟,研究板料弯曲成形时,弯曲中心角、板料厚度及板料与模具间的摩擦因数对回弹的影响。通过响应面实验,分析影响回弹角大小的主次因素,确定各因素与回弹量的关系。分析实验得到的数据给出最优解组合,为实际生产中解决回弹问题提供最佳方案。通过响应面实验得到:弯曲中心角100.5°、板料厚度1.268 mm、摩擦因数0.092时回弹量最小。在工程实际中,在不影响产品功能的前提下,可适当增加弯曲件的弯曲中心角,从而降低回弹值,保证产品的尺寸精度,更好地节省生产成本,缩短开发周期,提高生产效率。In this paper,dynamic finite element analysis software was used to simulate the forming process of bending parts.The effects of bending center angle,thickness of sheet metal and friction coefficient between sheet metal and die on springback were studied.The primary and secondary factors affecting the springback angle were analyzed by response surface experiment,and the relationship between the factors and the springback quantity was determined.The optimal solution combination is given by analyzing the experimental data,which provides the best solution for solving the rebound problem in actual production.The springback is the smallest when the bending center angle is 100.5°,the sheet thickness is 1.268 mm and the friction coefficient is 0.092.In engineering practice,without affecting the function of the product,the bending center angle of the bending part can be increased appropriately,so as to reduce the springback value and ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product,better to save production costs,shorten the development cycle,and improve production efficiency.
