罗杰斯与发展传播学的范式转换

摘　　要：美国学者埃尔弗雷特·M.罗杰斯是发展传播学的奠基人之一。对英文文献的解读表明,罗杰斯对发展传播学研究的贡献集中体现在三个层面,即先是发展传播学现代化范式的创造者之一,继而成为最早反思经典范式不足的学者之一,并努力开辟新的研究领域与方向。罗杰斯不仅身体力行于发展传播学从现代化范式到多元范式的转换,而且参与打造了该研究领域的学术共同体。他对发展传播学实证研究与学科建设的贡献,集中表明其始终关注学术前沿、知行合一的学术品格。El Fret M.Rogers was one of the founders of development communication.The interpretation of the English literature shows that Rogers’ contribution to the development communication research is epitomized at three levels:firstly,he was one of the creators of the modernization paradigm of development communication;secondly,he was one of the first scholars to reflect on the shortage of a classic paradigm;thirdly,he made efforts to open up new fields and directions of research.Rogers not only practiced the transformation of development communication from the modern paradigm to the multivariate paradigm,but also participated in the creation of the academic community.His contribution to the development communication empirical study and discipline construction focused on the academic character that he has always paid attention to the academic frontier and knowledge and action are one.
