摘 要:在激光测量系统中激光条纹中心位置的准确定位是整个测量系统的关键。由于激光的光源质量、目标物体表面粗糙度以及光源等因素影响激光条纹中心提取精度。提出一种改进的质心法的激光条纹中心提取算法,该算法利用差影法提取条纹目标,再基于连通域来对条纹目标去噪,通过细化法提取目标条纹的骨架,基于骨架的切线得到激光条纹的法向,最后运用质心法精确地提取激光条纹中心。经过验证,此算法具有提取精度高、实用性广以及鲁棒性好的特点。The key of the overall measurement system is the precise positioning of the center of the laser stripes in the laser measurement system.There are some factors that affect the accuracy of laser stripe center extraction, such as the quality of the laser light, the target surface roughness , the light source and so on.The new algorithm propose that the extraction method of laser stripe center is based on improved centroid method.The algorithm extracts the stripe target by the difference image method. The method of connected domain can remove the noise of the laser stripe target.And it extracts the skeleton of the target stripe by the refinement method.Based on the tangent of the skeleton, it can get the normal of the laser stripes.Finally, it uses the improved centroid method to extract the laser stripes accurately.Simulation results prove that the new algorithm has the characteristics of high precision, wide practicality and good robustness.
