泪道内窥镜下联合治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道内窥镜下激光联合典必殊眼膏、人工鼻泪管置入治疗单纯鼻泪管阻塞的有效性、安全性。方法对在本院门诊确诊的单纯鼻泪管阻塞患者26例28眼,行泪道内窥镜下激光联合典必殊眼膏注入、人工鼻泪管逆行置入治疗,术后2~3个月拔管,随访6~12个月,平均(6.3±1.2)个月,观察其疗效、安全性。结果术中鼻泪管再通率100%,所有患者拔管后泪道冲洗均通畅。末次随访,治愈23眼(82.2%),好转3眼(10.7%),无效2眼(7.1%),有效26眼(92.9%)。术中术后未发生严重并发症。结论泪道内窥镜下激光联合眼膏注入、置管治疗单纯鼻泪管阻塞,是一种可视化的微创手术方法,有效、安全,适于临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinicaI effect and security of lacrimal endoscopy and dacryocystoplasty combined with TobraDex eye ointment and intubation for the treatment of simple nasolacrimaI duct obstruction. Methods To observate the clinicaI effect and security of 28 eyes of 26 cases with simple nasolacrimaI duct obstruction were collected in our hospital. For the treatment of lacrimal endoscopy and dacryocystoplasty combined with TobraDex eye ointment and artificial asolacrimaI ducts. All patients were followed up from 6 moths to 12 months,average(6.3±1.2) months,after removed artificial nasolacrimaI ducts with the time from two months to three months. Results The recirculate rate of nasolacrimal duct was 100% in operation,all the nasolacrimal ducts were smooth after removed the artificial nasolacrimaI ducts.The recovery rate was 82.2%,improvement rate was 10.7%, Ineffective rate was 7.1%, effective rate was 92.9%.Without serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion The method of lacrimal endoscopy and dacryocystoplasty combined with eye ointment and intubation was minimally invasive surgery, safe and effective, suitable for clinical application.
